Magrock Secures First Project with Tritax London Logistics Fund: Strategic Commercial Development Near Heathrow, London

Magrock is proud to announce the award of its first project for Tritax London Logistics Fund, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth in the commercial construction sector. The design and construction of a single speculative commercial building located in Poyle, offering quick and easy access to Heathrow Airport - a prime location for logistics and distribution.

• Vibro stone ground improvement to the building footprint
• Foundations, drainage, attenuation, and utilities infrastructure
• A steel portal frame structure with a façade comprising steel cladding, curtain walling, and windows
• Precast docks, dock levellers, and associated industrial doors
• Ancillary office spaces and an FM2-compliant warehouse floor slab

Externally, the site will feature:

• A concrete service yard designed for HGV use
• Tarmac estate roads and block paving for car park areas
• New fencing and soft landscaping to complete the development
