Handcross

Handcross was Magrock’s first ground-up new-build project and the scheme that established our long-standing relationship with Tungsten. Delivered in West Sussex under a full design and build contract, the development comprised of four industrial units totalling 84,000 sqft, created to meet the operational requirements and long-term portfolio ambitions of the client.

Magrock led the project from site establishment through structural works and envelope delivery to internal fit-out and final finishes, maintaining clear governance, proactive communication and tight programme control throughout. Completed within a 26-week programme, Handcross was delivered on time and on budget, demonstrating Magrock’s ability to provide certainty, consistency and commercial focus while working at pace.

More than a successful standalone scheme, Handcross set the benchmark for how Magrock works: transparent, collaborative and solutions led.
