Following the growth of the business that saw us outgrow our former premises, Magrock delivered a highâend CAT B fitâout at 18 Kings Hill Avenue, transforming 8,484 sq ft of openâplan space into a modern, flexible workplace to support the businessâ continued progression. The project was completed within an ambitious 11âweek programme, showcasing disciplined programme management and strong collaboration across the project team.

Works involved a full reconfiguration of the previously white, uninspiring box into a modern, flexible, exciting space that provides openâplan work areas, private meeting rooms, a logistics and IT suite, collaborative breakout spaces and a dedicated rest and recreation area designed to support staff wellbeing. Works included new partitioning and ceilings, comprehensive mechanical and electrical upgrades, full decoration and detailed FF&E installation.
