Magrock was appointed to deliver the comprehensive refurbishment of an existing 100,000 sqft facility for Clipper Logistics in the arse-end of London, transforming a constrained, ultra urban site into a modern, sustainable logistics hub. The project was driven by the tenant’s requirement for operational efficiency and future-ready space, demanding meticulous planning and coordination to minimise disruption within a busy city environment.

Key works included the creation of new commercial space, a full upgrade of mechanical and electrical systems, and significant external enhancements, most notably, cladding repairs and a complete roof replacement. These interventions were designed to extend the building’s lifespan and elevate its sustainable credentials, with the reroofing works incorporating solar PV installations to provide renewable energy and reduce the site’s carbon footprint.

Magrock’s proactive approach ensured the project was delivered on time and to the highest quality, reinforcing our reputation for excellence in complex refurbishment projects. This successful delivery demonstrates Magrock’s capability to revitalise large-scale industrial spaces into modern, sustainable facilities, supporting clients in achieving both operational and environmental goals.
